AAAM Didactic Webinar in Aesthetic Medicine

Welcome to the Level 1 Didactic Webinar, presented in 3.5 hours daily over a 3-day period. Presentations with the following topics will be discussed: We will begin with an in-depth description of skin conditioning and the ways we address all the needs of intrinsic and extrinsic environmental and chronological skin ageing. Day 1 we will cover Skin Conditioning & Chemical Peels. Chemical Peels will cover indications and contraindications and the different resources of chemistry and we have a bi-level to 3 different skin conditions. Day 2, we will cover Botox and fillers.We will see uses in aesthetic medicine. Concentrating on the upper face, we will focus on the following indications: frown lines, the crow feet lines, the perimetral, forehead lines; and glabellar lines. Also presented are the uses of different type of augmentation with different filler and different injections of soft tissue augmentation and soothers. The final day covers for invasive and non invasive uses in resurfacing, skin rejuvenation , hair removal, tattoo removal, vascular lesions and body contouring devices. Webinar Courses Refund:
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation of the Didactic Webinar is not provided, and fees are forfeited. For the Practical (Hands-On) portion, credit for cancellation is provided; credit must be used for another Practical (Hands-On) and must be used within one year, No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds for Practical portion must be requested in writing to before stipulated date.
Hands-on Practical Course Refund:
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after 3 weeks before course start date. If you cancel prior to 3 weeks before course start date, a $250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration. No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM event before stipulated date; credit must be used within one year. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to before the stipulated date.
Force Majeure
The AAAM Organizing Committee for the AAAM Courses, Workshops and Congresses, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any or all of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes or any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the Organizing Committee, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.

Upon Successful completion of both Didactic Webinar & Practical, ,an AAAM Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine is awarded.

Enrollment criterion

AAAM courses are open to all licensed physicians, regardless of specialty, who are interested in the science of Aesthetic Medicine. Submission of your medical license is required for admission to AAAM courses.
