Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after 3 weeks before course start date. If you cancel prior to 3 weeks before course start date, a USD250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration (excludes card transaction fee or bank charges). No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM course before stipulated date; credit must be used within one year. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to jessicamok@aaamed.org before the stipulated date.
Force Majeure:
If circumstances occur beyond the reasonable control of either AAAM or the delegate, making it illegal, impossible, inadvisable or commercially impracticable to hold this event, (e.g. curtailment of transportation such as travel bans), AAAM will offer a full refund of paid registration fees.
