Melvin L. Elson, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated from The University of Tennessee Summa Cum Laude and received his MD from Duke University School of Medicine, trained in internal medicine at Vanderbilt Medical Center and in dermatology at Duke University Medical Center. He is considered an expert in evaluation and treatment of the aging face, particularly with expertise in the use of filling materials for scars and wrinkles, Botox and cosmeceuticals. He trains physicians world-wide in the use of these and in evaluating the aging face, having lectured in 31 countries. Additionally, he has been frequently a guest on television talk shows including Good Morning America, Good Morning New Zealand and CNBC's Vital Signs. He is often interviewed by US and international publications on the aspects of aging.

He is the author of more than 200 scientific publications, as well as 2 books including the textbook Evaluation and Treatment of the Aging Face published by Springer-Verlag. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, he serves on the board of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and is a member of a number of international societies.

He has served as a consultant to a number of boards, cosmetic and drug companies and developed MD Formulations and MD Forte skin care lines as well as assisting in the introduction of RoC products into the United States and developed ESTEEM by Naomi Judd skin care line. He holds the patent on topical vitamin K for the treatment of blood vessel disorders of the skin and has a patent pending for a topical treatment of cellulite.

He founded the Longevity Institute in Nashville, which became one of the leading centers for treatment and training of the aging face.

Prof Leonello Milani has been Vice President of A.I.O.T. (Italian Medical Association of Homotoxicology) since 1994 and has been teaching at the School of Homeopathy, Homotoxicology and Integrated Medicines (I and III year) since 1998 and has been an accredited Tutor at the ODM (Italian Medical Association) in Rome since 1999.

Dr. Dang is the founder and Medical Director of Mystique Medical Spa in San Diego, California. Dr. Dang is an expert in the field aesthetic medicine and anti-aging medicine. His areas of expertise include Aesthetic Laser surgery, Botox, Derma-fillers, Chemical peels, Mesotherapy, and Sclerotherapy. Aside from performing and providing supervision for various aesthetic procedures, Dr. Dang provides long term strategies for the medical spa and continuously evaluates and assesses the competency of advance training medical personnel. Prior to private practice Dr. Dang was the Director for Surgical Services at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Yokosuka, Japan. The inventor of Endopeel, Prof Tenenbaum is a Medical Doctor, Ph.D, Sciences Doctor. His fields of specialty include signal treatment, physico chemistry and multidimensional analysis. Prof Tenenbaum is also a specialist in ENT but practises exclusively facial plastic reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He is also the inventor of many peelings as EasyPeel, Kosmopeel, Stretchpeel, Les Félins and Kosmogel, which is a removable tissular endoprosthesis. Dato Dr S. Harnam is a graduate of the University of Malaya (now known as University of Singapore). He has worked as Senior E.N.T. Consultant for the E.N.T. Department at General Hospital, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Dato Dr. Harnam is currently a practicing Otolaryngologist with a special interest in Allergy and Anti-Aging Medicine. He is a founder member of the World Society of Otolaryngic Allergy and Founder President of the Malaysian Society of Allergy and Immunology (MSAI). He is currently the President of Society for Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine Malaysia (SAAAMM), and is the Second Vice President of the World Society for Anti-Aging Medicine (WOSAAM). He is a Board Certified Physician of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) and is on the Advisory Board of Anti-Aging Medicine & Research (AMAR) India.

Dr Selvaraj Y Subramaniam, an anti-aging and sports doctor currently practising at a lovely beach resort in Malaysia. He is the former Director of a Government Hospital and has received numerous outstanding awards for service. He graduated from University Sciences of Malaysia (USM), 20 years ago and was the Association of the Commonwealth Universities (ACU), UK, Scholar. He has his post graduate memberships from the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine, UK and Ireland, and is also board certified from the American Board of Anti Aging Medicine. Dr Selvaraj is currently appointed lecturer of the medical faculty, Udayana University, Bali for the ABAARM Clinical Training Course (ACTC), which is an international course conducted in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. He is also involved in the teaching of sports fitness/medicine by the International Fitness Professionals Associations IFPA-Anti Aging Specialist certification course in Asia. He is also the EXCO member of the Society of Anti Aging and Aesthetic Medicine, Malaysia (SAAAMM). Students have successfully passed their exams due to the excellent quality of the anti aging medicine board examination review which was done under SAAAMM. Finally, his specialty is weight management in obesity amongst Asian and his interest is teaching of anti aging and sports medicine. Thus, he is actively spreading the anti aging revolution amongst doctors and public via forums and conferences in both the local and international arena.

Dr Anandan received his medical degree from the University of Madras, India and is a Board Certified Anti Aging Physician. He is a practicing Anti Aging Physician with special interest in Dermatology. His clinical experience in ANTI AGING REGENERATIVE MEDICINE includes obesity management in overt diabetics, hormone management as part of anti aging therapeutics and management of smoking cessation. Dr Anandan is a regular speaker in public forums on topics related to Anti Aging Medicine and Andropause. He is also a key opinion leader in the panel of leading experts in allergic disorders for Schering Plough Malaysia. He is on the advisory panel for Novartis Malaysia. Dr Anandan is a Life member of the Society for Anti Aging and Aesthetic Medicine Malaysia (SAAAMM) and currently is the Secretary (2007-2008). His keen interests are in promoting the knowledge of anti aging medicine both to medical professionals and the lay public. He is also a coordinator in the Board Review Examinations Course conducted by SAAAMM, which has been well attended by doctors from around Asia with a high success rate. He is a Lecturer Member in the ABAARM Clinical Training Course (ACTC) for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Dr. Márquez-Serres received his M.D and PhD from the University of Seville, Spain. He is a Board certified plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at University of Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Perú. Upon completion of his plastic surgical training, he completed an Inter-European Master degree in surgical and medical Laser at University. Dr. Márquez-Serres was the founder and president of Centro Láser Quirúrgico Europeo.

He belongs to the following societies: American Society of Plastic Surgery, Honorary Member of the French Society of Aesthetic Surgery, Society of Latin American Plastic Surgeons of the United States and Canada, International Society for Dermatology Surgery, European Laser Association, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and European Society of Anti-Aging Medicine.

He is also the President of the Spanish Society of Anti-aging and Longevity.

Dr Márquez-Serres has given more than 100 conferences in Europe, USA and Latin America. Nowadays, he is Professor of the Master in Anti-Aging Medicine of the University of Seville. Spain. He also participated in the Master of Anti-Aging Medicine of Universidad Autónoma de México and of University of Alcalá, Madrid, Spain.

Ayman El Attar, MD, FASLMS, FAAFP, AAACS: is the founder of Derma Laser Centers of New Jersey in Mercerville, New Jersey in 2002. Now in 2008 Derma Laser Centers has four locations across the State of New Jersey, with sister practices in San Diego, and Beverly Hills, California.

He is a board certified physician and surgeon who is dedicated to the art and science of Cosmetic and Laser Surgery. He graduated from Alexandria Medical School with honors in 1987. He completed residencies in both General Surgery and Family Medicine, and obtained a Masters Degree of Surgery in 1992. He was an assistant lecturer of Surgery at Alexandria University, and a visiting instructor of Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. He then finalized his Ph.D. thesis in 1998.

He has several publications in the most reputable medical and surgical journals. He lectures both nationally and internationally, patients as well as physicians about recent advances in Laser and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. El-Attar had several newspaper articles including the Times, Especialito, and Mercer County Woman Magazine. He was a TV guest on Channel 8 and 10 Cable TV in New Jersey several times. He was a radio guest on Wall Street Good morning America XM Satellite Radio, and The New York 92.3 FM Station.

Born in Argentina, Dr Osvaldo Desimone is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. His recertification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery was awarded by the Argentine Medical Association and the Argentine Society of Plastic Surgery.

Dr Desimone was the Director of Plastic Surgery Department of Pinto Aesthetic Medicine Private Hospital, Buenos Aires from 1991 - 2002. He is currently the Plastic Surgeon in Chief at Clinique de I'Observatoire in Brussels, Belgium and also practices in Pinto Medicina Estetica Medical Center in Buenos Aires.

Dr Desimone has lectured in many Postgraduate Courses in various universities in Argentina and was the Professor of the Annual Postgraduate Course in Aesthetic Medicine - UIME / PACAM since 1992.

Dr Desimone has carried out various scientific research work and has also contributed to numerous scientific publications such as Magazine of the Buenos Aires Society of Plastic Surgery, Argentine Magazine of Burnt People and "XXI Century" Magazine of Aesthetic Medicine, just to name a few.

Besides being the Vice President of the Argentine Society of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr Desimone is also a member of the Argentine Medical Association and the Society of Plastic Surgery of Buenos Aires.

Dr Martinez started the exciting discovery of medicine at the University of Barcelona (Spain) and continued with further training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology together with General Practice in the UK.

He obtained the Diploma in Aesthetics & Anti-Aging Medicine from the University of Barcelona that led to the European Anti-Aging Medicine Speciality in Brussels (Belgium) and Paris (France).

Dr Prendergast is an honours graduate in medicine and surgery from National University of Ireland. Following training in Dublin and Oxford, Dr Prendergast specialised in general surgery, cardiac surgery, cosmetic medicine and surgery. He is a pioneer in the field of aesthetic medicine and has been instrumental in the development of the specialty in Ireland. He is a founder member of the Irish Society of Cosmetic Doctors, full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, and numerous other international societies

Dr Prendergast pioneered many procedures in Ireland, including third-generation ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty and scarless face lifting techniques. He is Director of Venus Medical Beauty and has established over fifteen clinics across the UK and Ireland. He has authored text book chapters on body contouring and co-authored the Post-graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine for Leicester University, the first diploma of its kind for doctors in the UK.
