Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received before or on 2 October 2008 will be subjected to a 30% administration fee. No cancellation will be accepted from 3 October 2008. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In the event that the meeting is cancelled by the Organiser, the registration fee (less bank charges) will be refunded.
